Copy H Drive to Google File Stream @ MRHS
If you're going in to the school to get your H drive, download FIle Stream to your computer first, then drag and drop your H drive to your Google Drive.
- Directions
- Make a folder, maybe called something like "H Drive August 2020" and put everything you want in your Drive. We have unlimited space as educators, so no running out of space!
Accessing your H Drive Remotely
If you want ot access your H Drive remotely:
- fill out this form (If you filled out the VDI form last year to access your remote desktop, you should still have access. Only complete the form if you havent' asked for remote access before.)
- send the completed form to it.help@adams12.org Make sure the subject line is your user name (ie: lar010355).
- wait for IT to send you the first set of directions to access your H drive
- use this second set of directions from IT on getting your H drive on your computer through Drive File Stream
These videos will walk you through how to do this, if you need it:
- The first video below walks you through getting Drive File Stream on your computer and getting to where you log in to your remote desktop with the district instructions.
- The second video walks you through getting Drive File Stream on your remote desktop and how to drag things from your H drive to your Google Drive. Then, your Drive will update (in the cloud) and you'll have your documents on Drive everywhere.
