The Children's Center for Hope and Healing

The Children's Center for Hope & Healing is dedicated to stopping the cycle of child sexual abuse and to preventing the exploitation of children.

For twenty-seven years, The Children's Center for Hope and Healing has served northeast Georgia by providing counseling, education, and advocacy for those whose lives have been affected by sexual abuse through our four programs: Victims' Services, Project Pathfinder, Women's Services, and Prevention Services. All of our services are free or, in the case of Project Pathfinder's services for teens, are low-cost.

The programs of the Children's Center for Hope & Healing touch the lives of more than 1600 people each year who live across 13 counties of Northeast Georgia. The agency delivers programs through two offices (in Gainesville and Cumming) and through two satellite service locations: one in Barrow County in Winder and one in Habersham County in Demorest .

No other agency in Northeast Georgia offers the specialized services of Project Pathfinder and the agency is part of a limited number of agencies that offer counseling services to women and children who are the survivors of sexual abuse.
