Reptile Review

Summer Edition

Principal's Update

Hi Reptile Families,

We hope that each of you has enjoyed the beginning part of your summer. In between fun and relaxation, remember to keep your students engaged in learning.

Research has shown that if students read at least 6 books throughout the summer, they can prevent the "Summer Slide" and learning loss. Students' MyPascoConnect online dashboard will remain available during the summer, and students can continue to work on Lexia (a reading program) and Zearn (a math program).

If students meet their learning goals over the summer, they will be able to participate in our water slide party the first week back to school!

Below is important summer information. Our office staff, Mrs. Ketterer, and I will be working over the summer. Please reach out with any questions that you have.

Have a safe and enjoyable summer, and we look forward to seeing you for the 2023-2024 school year!

Thank you,

Colleen Wilkinson
