'OH! WHAT A LOVELY WAR'

FRIDAY 28 NOVEMBER & SATURDAY 29 NOVEMBER @7.30pm

Tickets are now available for this wonderful musical production by pupils in Years 10 - 13. To be staged in the Desborough Suite, Maidenhead Town Hall. Tickets can be paid for via the Payportal or via the school office.

CHRISTMAS PARTY

A venue has now been found and booked for the Christmas Party on Wednesday 17 December.

Magnolia Park Country Club, Valley Road, Hughenden Valley, High Wycombe, HP14 4LA.

The theme for the party is 'TV Characters' so there should be plenty of scope for imaginative costumes.

There are still a large number of students who have still not paid their £40 subscriptions. If these are not paid within the next few days, name and shame lists will have to be placed in the common rooms.

DAVID COURSE MEMORIAL MATCH

Once again this was a keenly contested match and the score line of 29 - 3 to Desborough does not reflect how well our Claires Court 1st XV played on the day. But there is no doubt that the stronger team won, and after holding the trophy for the last three years Claires Court team were gracious in conceding it was time for a change. Well done to Captain Levi Meek and all the team. Full match report and gallery >>>

PTA FAMILY FIREWORKS PARTY - What do you think?

The PTAs are grateful to all who joined them for this amazing event just before half term. A crowded field at Junior Boys enjoyed food, drink, entertainment and a fantastic fireworks display. We hope that all who attended had a great time and in order for all who attended to give us their views on the event – we ask that YOU click on http://schl.cc/1y and complete our feedback questionnaire.

Do please let us know what you think – we love to hear your views.

Substantial funds were raised for the PTAs to utilise in the forthcoming year.
