Staff for the good conversations during the 2 hour delay. Our focus on assessments for student exposure and tracking will pay off!

As discussed during the 2 hour delay, send out your Sign Up Genius form for conferences on Monday, October 9. Make sure to include Jill so she can compile all conference schedules for the main office.
RIMP and on-track letters go home October 13. Jill has shared several resources and a step - by- step sheet on what needs to be completed.
October 11, 12, 13 will be 1/2 day release time for each grade level, please check the calendar for your date and time. Subs have already been secured for you.
October 16 and 17 will be our fall RtI meetings for those that need them. A sign up sheet will be shared later, this is voluntary for teachers to discuss specific students and needs.
The end of the quarter is quickly approaching (October 24), please make sure you are keeping with entering grades in Power School. The final 1st quarter grades are due Tuesday, October 31. IEP and RIMP updates go home on October 31, too.
3rd Grade ELA AIR assessments will take place on October 25 and 26 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. On these days, 3rd and 4th graders will switch specials time.
Red Ribbon Week will be celebrated the last week of October with theme dress days and jeans.

-Read teachers volunteer for hall duty on days faculty meetings are scheduled.
-Real teachers never teach the conjugations of lie and lay to eighth graders.
-Real teachers know it is better to seek forgiveness than ask permission.

-Real teachers never take grades after Wednesday of the last week of the six weeks.
