What are the ripple effects – higher costs, chatter among workers, organizational culture?
- Denise Lloyd, Chief Engagement Officer, Engaged HR will talk about the tight labour market and emerging techniques used to attract and retain talent.
Marca McNeil, Labour and Employment lawyer, Pulver Crawford Munroe, LLP, will talk about employers’ obligations to their employees in changing economic circumstances including the impacts on notice and severance obligations, human rights obligations and the enforceability of non-compete and non-solicitation clauses.
