  • Marcia McNeil, Labour Lawyer, Pulver Crawford Munroe LLP, Labour will talk about the impact of the tight labour market on employment terms, including non-compete/non-solicit clauses, notice provisions (for management level and staff level workers), and how novel recruiting techniques might cause legal traps.
