Hello John Marshall Families!

Hello Marshall Families!

We have been so fortunate to have such beautiful weather the past few weeks of fall! We’ve had lots of outdoor recess and we were so glad to have our family night at the School Forest! It was great to see so many of you there!

It is hard to believe that we are already so close to parent teacher conferences. We will host fall parent teacher conferences on Wednesday, October 27 from 12:30 - 7:30pm and Thursday, November 4 from 3:45 - 7:30pm. We know that communication between parents and teachers is so essential for the success of our children. Please be sure to sign-up for a time using our on-line sign up or by calling the office.

Also, as a reminder, we’ll have our next PTO meeting on Monday, November 1st from 6:30 - 7:30pm. We are always looking for parents and guardians to join us to help plan events and give feedback to our school to help us continue to serve our students and families better! We are currently also looking for a Vice-President. Please touch base with Ms. Patterson if you are interested in learning more about the role or other ways you can help our PTO continue to grow!

We look forward to talking with you soon about your child’s progress!

Ms. Amanda Patterson

Flag Football

Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Susa would like to congratulate the fourth and fifth-grade flag football participants on a great couple of weeks of practice! Unfortunately, we were unable to participate in the Wausau School District Flag Football Jamboree due to weather conditions this year, but we still were able to have a scrimmage/fun practice the next day. We hope that all of the players were able to learn a little bit more about football and, most importantly, had fun!

Thank you!

Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Susa
