When running it helps cause stronger calves and thighs. A teen should be physically active for at least 60 minutes a day. Make sure that you are not just standing around watching other people play, actually go out to break a sweat.

Importance of Whole Grains, Fruits, Vegetables and Milk.

All of these are healthy because they give you the vitamins and minerals to stay healthy while alive. These foods can get your bones stronger and build muscle for the body.You can include these two foods into your diet by , making a chart that calculates how much of each food that you ate.

Sodium benefits the body because it helps control and level off everyday body fluids . Hyponatremia is a disease that is caused by high amounts of sodium. We need potassium because it helps counteract sodium effect on blood pressure .

Avoid Alcohol

When drinking alcohol its damages brain cells and can mess up your brain. It can also cause kidney failure and stomach damage. Alcohol can damage your eye sight and rot your teeth.
