Some examples of the more important risk factors are underweight, unsafe sex, high blood pressure, tobacco and alcohol consumption, and unsafe water, sanitation and hygiene. Having too much body fat can compress organs s, making it harder to breath or move. Having too little fat can cause your bone and muscles more vulnerable and easier to break . When losing weight you can either , choose to go on a diet or , try to workout more and get active .
Suggestion for Being Physically Active Everyday.
When being active, it can help your cardiovascular system by being able to keep up with the pace that you are going everyday. Another perk of physical activity is loss of weight and gaining strength. When running it helps cause stronger calves and thighs. A teen should be physically active for at least 60 minutes a day. Make sure that you are not just standing around watching other people play, actually go out to break a sweat.
Importance of Whole Grains, Fruits, Vegetables and Milk.
All of these are healthy because they give you the vitamins and minerals to stay healthy while alive. These foods can get your bones stronger and build muscle for the body.You can include these two foods into your diet by , making a chart that calculates how much of each food that you ate.

Foods with natural sugars are comprise all completely unrefined sugars.. Added sugars are sugars and syrups that are added to foods or beverages when they are processed or prepared. I Would limit my sugar intake because it can cause blood and some organ problems.
Why Reduce Sodium And Increase Potassium ?
Sodium benefits the body because it helps control and level off everyday body fluids . Hyponatremia is a disease that is caused by high amounts of sodium. We need potassium because it helps counteract sodium effect on blood pressure .
When drinking alcohol its damages brain cells and can mess up your brain. It can also cause kidney failure and stomach damage. Alcohol can damage your eye sight and rot your teeth.
