Principal's Message
Sunny Heights Families,
I cannot believe we are getting ready for the last week of the 2020-2021 school year! This has been an absolutely AMAZING year at Sunny Heights Elementary. Our students, staff, and families have faced great adversity, yet persevered in so many ways. I am so proud of the inCREdible staff here at Sunny Heights for doing everything possible to maximize our student's learning experiences despite all the challenges. A great big THANK YOU as well to all of our parents and caregivers for their understanding, cooperation, and support during this school. I am confident that we will use our experiences this year to make Sunny Heights even better as we look to the 2021-2022 school year.
BIG REMINDER that we will have early release on both Thursday and Friday next week. Student dismissal will be approximately 2:00pm. Friday, May 28th is our final day of school.
Thank you all for everything that you do to support our AMAZING school!
Have a great weekend!
Your Very Proud Principal,
Bart Lewis

ALL STUDENTS - ATTENDANCE
For the 2020-2021 school year, Warren Township has transitioned to a new student information system called Synergy allowing our parents and caregivers to have improved access to school information through the parent portal called ParentVUE. We are aware that at this time some students’ attendance records are reflecting students are absent, when in fact they were present. This is mostly the case for our students who are attending school VIRTUALLY on application days or in the VIRTUAL opinion full-time. We want to assure you that teachers are keeping accurate attendance records and that we are working to correct attendance records for all our students.
