Choir News
Choir Reveal Meeting is next Monday evening August 28th at 6:30pm in the Cafeteria.
The choir shoe drive is going very well. Thank you to all of you who have participated. Remember that we will continue to collect shoes (gently worn/any type) until Sept. 22nd. We will be having a morning shoe drop-off in the gravel parking lot at upper on Friday, Sept 8th. Please come drop off your shoes between 7:20am-7:50am. The hatch on Mrs. Bass' blue highlander will be up. We will also be having a shoe drop-off at the lower campus on Friday, Sept. 15th during drop-off in the grassy area to the right of the exit as you are leaving. Thank you for partnering with us.
Athletic Events
Parking for the football game is $3.00 this year. You may enter through either the church entrance or the Johns Rd. entrance.
THE CONCESSION STAND WILL NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS THIS YEAR. The gate will use a debit machine.

Adults - $6
Alumni and Students - $3
W Club-Priority seat passes and parking decals can be picked up at the pass gate Friday night. The parking attendants will have names of Priority Seat holders. Reserved seating is still available.
August 31--JV/Varsity Volleyball will play at home 4:30pm and 6:30pm.
Middle School Volleyball will play at Central at 4:30pm.
NO PETS ALLOWED ON CAMPUS.
Fall Picture Day, Tuesday, August 29th
The 7th Grade Dauphin Island field trip will be on Thursday, September 7th at 5:30pm in the cafeteria. Please remember to bring in your medicine and forms to the school nurse by August 31st.

Counselor's Corner
Senior parents are invited to attend a Naviance Family Connection information session on Tuesday, August 29 from 5:30 – 6:30 in the cafeteria. No devices required. Parents will be introduced to the features and capabilities of Family Connection. Throughout the year, we will be introducing Family Connection to our 11th – 9th graders and parents.
10th – 12th graders are invited to attend the Madison County College Fair on Thursday, August 31 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. The college fair will take place at the University Fitness Center on the campus of UAH. Admission representatives and recruiters from 70+ colleges will be available to answer questions about admissions, financial aid, scholarships, tuition and much more. If you have any questions about the college fair please contact Mrs. King.
