Chuck Sandy
Chuck Sandy is an internationally renowned author, teacher trainer, and presenter with over 30 years experience. Although originally from the United States and currently based in Japan, he's conducted popular teacher training workshops all over the world. His books include the Passages and Connect series for Cambridge University Press, the Active Skills for Communication series for Cengage, and English For Teachers for the International Teacher Development Institute (iTDi). Chuck is a cofounder and director of iTDi, a frequent presenter at international conferences, and a popular blogger on the iTDi blog where he writes often about motivation and teacher development issues. Vladimira Chalyova
Vladimira Chalyova has over seven years experience teaching English to little kids, teenagers and adult in Slovakia and the United Kingdom. She also works as a Teacher Trainer for the International Teacher Development Institute, runs teacher training sessions for Macmillan , and serves as a mentor to teachers in Slovakia, her home country, helping teachers at all levels further develop their professional skills. Vladimira is a frequent presenter at international conferences around the world and a popular blogger who is well-known for her posts about autonomy, creativity, and motivation. Adi Cerman has many years of experience training teachers from around the world. He is TESOL Program Director of the International English TEFL TESOL Institute & Co-founder of the VIE Foundation International Education & Training Network in Indonesia, is in charge of coordinating the Authorized TESOL Centers at two major universities, and also acts as Lead Trainer & Assessor for Certificate IV in TESOL -- an accredited qualification that's nationally recognized in Australia & highly-regarded around Asia and the commonwealth countries. Adi works closely with the International Teacher Development Institute (iTDi), Oxford University Press, State University in the US, as well as with Kingston Training and Employment in Western Australia. Dave Hopkins has been a professional teacher of English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) for more than four decades, and has taught and lived in Brasil, Botswana, Pakistan, Egypt, Japan, Saudi Arabia and Thailand. His teaching and training portfolio includes Peace Corps training, Setswana language materials development, refugee training projects, English for academic purposes, business English programs, and, program development and management. He is working on a new text for professional development of English language teachers called, Teacher Learning, and consults with TESOL certificate courses. Dave has just been re-listed with the English Language Specialist Program at the US Department of State, and is preparing for a consulting assignment at the University of Southeast Asia in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
