Charlie Chaplin stared in many silent movies across the country. He was a comedian, most of his work was comedy based. Charlie Chaplin had a huge impact in U.S. history, he revolutionized the way of comedy is used today. At this time there were only silent movies and even though there was no sound he still made people laugh. He was famous for the movie The Tramp, his quirky movements and the way he dressed played a huge role in his comedy.
