Spotlight On 8th Grade - "Oodles Of Tootles"
It's been a week now and no one but the brave few who know how a positive word can make a strong impact on others have put "Tootles" up on our board in the 8th grade hallway. Tootle is the opposite of tattle.
I know we are all busy and overwhelmed as we approach testing season, but this is actually the time we should make a point in uplifting one another to survive the upcoming stress.
With Mr. Barnes' encouragement, I have personally given tootles forms to some staff and a few for Ms. Alfaro to hand out.
Please make some time to think of someone you would like to write a tootle for to be a positive example for our students as we all enter the testing season!
See me in room B221 or Ms. Alfaro for a form. Be brave and show how we are a positive staff and influence on each other.
AVID Community Service Project - Carpenter Shelter - April 1-19
This project will allow students to learn about giving back back to the community. If you need a box, please contact Mrs. Petty.
