Push-ups

  • First you get down on the ground and place your hands a little wider then shoulder width apart
  • Then you set your feet at shoulder width apart (your body should be a straight line)
  • Once your body is straight you bend your arms to a 90 degree angle and then come back up and repeat

How to Do a Push Up Correctly

Burpees

  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart (this is putting you in squat position)
  • Bend down to where you thighs are at a 90 degree angle
  • Then you go into a push-up position and do a push-up
  • Once you do a push-up you go back into squat position
  • Once you are in squat position you stand back up with your feet shoulder width apart then jump and repeat

Pull-ups


  • First you get a good grip on the bar or what you are using
  • Then you start to pull up until your chin has touched the top of the bar or what you are using and repeat
