Student Services Kick Off and Celebration!
This fall, as we come back together for our Kick Off event, we would like to ask you to Save the Date for a Kick Off Celebration. Let's Kick of the year with a morning of learning and leading together and an afternoon of camaraderie, care and compassion.

For now, celebrate this year and know that each day you made a difference in students' lives. Each move you made, whether a greeting or check-in, a meeting, a planning session impacted our community and built the foundations for our students, families and colleagues. Your perseverance, care and expertise have been felt by so many. Spend some time with your building teams, your students and your families and celebrate all that our community has accomplished. Thank you for being the educators that you are.
It is June! AND we all have PaperworK!
Did you know that at the end of June, we have a June Exit Report for ODE!? As you are completing IEPs and Evaluations over the next two weeks, please be sure to review and click "Submit" as soon as possible after the meeting.
Did you know? Once you click submit, Ruth and Maria personally review each of these packets before creating the PDF to send to families, so waiting until the last two weeks of school will create a very large backlog for them, and delays families receiving their paperwork. We love Ruth and Maria, so please be sure to finalize as soon as you can after meetings :)

Want Extra Hours this Summer?
We would love for you to join us for the Summer Recovery Program! We would love your support for this program. It is a great way to spend some time with students you have already built relationships with this year as well as meet some students from different schools. Our program dates are as follows:
June 28th - July 1
July 5th to July 8th
July 12th to July 15th
We will hold our primary program at Boones Ferry Primary, and mid-level program at Meridian Creek Middle. Your hours would be from 8am to noon. These programs have been very fun and engaging, and will give you the chance to engage with students outside of the normal school day context to focus on building their skills while engaged in STEM, literacy, social emotional learning, theater and more! If you are interested, but wouldn't be able to attend all sessions, please let me know and we can talk about what options we might have.
