Lemon Verbena
Turnips

Personally, I love to slice raw turnips and add them to salads and veggie trays. Quick pickled turnips are also amazing and make a perfect addition to salads, sandwiches, and wraps.
Tomatoes
Jalapeno Peppers
Fresh jalapenos are best stored in the refrigerator. There, they can last between 1-2 weeks before beginning to soften and potentially develop mold. If you need longer-term storage, try freezing, pickling, fermenting, or dehydrating them. This can extend the shelf life closer to a year or longer.
Not a fan of too much spice? Jalapeno heat can be toned down some by roasting, after you remove the seeds and the white pith. Roast them on a sheet pan in the oven with some tomaotes and maybe onions, garlic, bell peppers then pulse in a food processor to make salsa or turn it into sauce. You can also put them on your grill or smoker outside where they will develop a rich and mellow flavor.
