MAEIS Weekly Update
2nd Quarter, 2nd Week
I know every year I think time goes faster and faster, but how did we already get to the 2nd week of the 2nd quarter? Although they all go fast, this one maybe moves the fastest with the holiday season consuming much of it. I want you to think-how will you be purposeful as you move forward? What's one goal you have for this quarter that you're committing to? Is it to send more in Seesaw than you did last quarter? Is it to spend more time ensuring your meeting the ELOs than you did last quarter? Are you planning to conference with kids one more time during writing or reading than you did last quarter? Or maybe you need to revisit what you said you were going to do this year and haven't gotten started yet. No matter what your goal is, find a way to be even more purposeful in your work! It doesn't have to be something big or something hard, just more clear!
Data Digs
Just a reminder, data digs will be on Friday. The schedule is above.
Goal Feedback
I'm in the middle of reviewing goals and recognizing many have some work to do thinking about how to measure something accurately. I plan to have emails out on goals by mid-week. If you have questions regarding the feedback, let's find some time to connect.

Where do you want to be?
That's a loaded question for a Monday morning and BED sounds pretty good right now, but I'm pretty sure you need an OAR to continue to steer you to greatness!
Remember, 'Top 20s' live above the line. I'm pretty sure we've got a whole crew with a lot of OARS ready to make some big waves for our kids today!
