School Forms
All school forms are in the parent account of PowerSchool. Parents must have an updated and active PowerSchool account to sign and acknowledge forms. PowerSchool is our primary resource for emergency numbers and mailing addresses for important school documents. We are asking every family to log onto their parent account in PowerSchool to view and sign all school documents. If you do not have a parent account, please create an account. PowerSchool can be accessed online and/or by downloading the PowerSchool app. If have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to Martha Barraza at mbarraza@smcatholicschools.org.

Other Important School Information
TRAFFIC PATTERNS: With the middle school and high school on the same campus, we have found some parking/traffic patterns to be most successful. All traffic enters the campus using the south driveway. THIS IS A ONE-WAY ROUTE. Please DO NOT exit this way. Guests arriving during the school day should use the FRONT parking area. If you are dropping off students before school, turn into LANE ONE behind school and drop your child off at the back McClone Gym entrance. In an effort to keep this zone free for a drop off area, students are not allowed to park in lane one during school hours. Students should park in LANES TWO OR THREE and park within the marked stalls. As you exit the campus, use the north traffic lane and north exit lanes onto Cold Spring Road (this is also one way out).
STUDENT PARKING: Because of the increasing volume of traffic on campus, ALL student vehicles parked on campus in the student lot must be registered with the office to assist in locating specific owners as needed. There is no cost for the parking permit and you may register more than one vehicle with the family permit number. We will explain this more to students during our first convocation and they will be able to complete the permit paperwork at school. Students will need to know make, model, color, and license plate number of any vehicle they plan to drive and park on campus. We will also be verifying that those students who received permits last year still have them. Please stop in the school office on orientation day for your application/permit.
SCHOOL SUPPLIES: Students should bring the generic supplies that would be required of any student. Students should also bring some paper bags to cover their textbooks. Individual teachers will inform their classes on the first day of school what his/her specific requirements are. SMCHS does NOT publish an overall school supply list. If you are out school supply shopping and come upon a great deal, the SMC office can always use extra supplies.
FOOD SERVICES: Food service provides lunch including ala carte items every day that school is in session. You may access the Free/Reduced Lunch Forms on our website. Please do not hesitate to take advantage of this program if you qualify. It saves you money and provides us with reimbursement.
Food Service accepts credit card payments for payment on your child(s) food service bill. Please note that there is a 3% service charge for this convenience. Follow this link to get started: https://tcces.ejoinme.org/SMCSLunchPayments. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is completed. If you have any questions, please call Anne Greif in the food Service office at 920-967-0107.
