Picture Day is Next Week
Picture day is Monday, September 21st for Learning Group A and Distancer Learners with last names A-K. We will take 10th grade photos during period 1. We will take 11th grade photos during period 2. Students will get called down from their class to get their pictures taken. Any 9th grader that missed orientation will be called down to get their picture taken. Distance Learners can come between 10:00-11:00 to take their picture.

You can order your pictures online. The website is available for online orders up to 48 hours after picture day. Please click on the link to order your pictures.
Distance Learner Textbook Pick Up
Distance Learners: please check with your teachers to see if you need a textbook for your class. If you do, and don't have it you may come to the Media Center Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2:45 - 3:15 and Wednesday 7:30 - 3:15 to pick it up.
Attendance Reminders:
Cohort A/B students:
In-person Days: Teacher takes attendance. Students do not do the "check-in" in campus. If a student is sick or quarantined the parent must use our normal attendance procedures and call them in. ***If a student in Cohort A/B has an online class no attendance check-in is needed or available. They are marked present unless a parent has called them in.
Distance Learning Days: Students do the "check-in" in Infinite Campus. They do it ONCE by 11:59 pm. They do not do it for every class. If a student is too sick to do school on a distance learning day the parent can call attendance.
Distance Learners:
Must do the daily "check-in" in Infinite Campus every day by 11:59pm. It is a one time check in.
What if my child can't be in school?
Your child can still attend school virtually each day even from home. All lessons and work will be posted to Schoology. Students will be able to keep up with school from home. If your child is sick and cannot complete his/her work please let the teachers know.
Please make sure to call or email the attendance line.
Student absences, early dismissals or late arrivals must be reported by a parent or legal guardian via a written note, phone call or email.
Please state the student’s first and last name, grade, and the reason for their absence (illness, doctor appointment, etc.).

Need Help with the Portal?
If a student is not able to access their Student Portal please have them email Heather Allen at heather.allen@isd194.org and she will work with them to get that fixed.
If a parent is not able to access their Parent Portal please have them email Heather Allen at heather.allen@isd194.org and let her know if they are new to the district and this is an initial set-up or if they need to reset their portal because they are not able to get in this year.
Connect Your iPad to a Wi-Fi network
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then turn on Wi-Fi.
Tap on Wifi on the left side of the screen
Toggle on and select one of the following:
A network (your network name should appear): Enter the password, if required.
Other: Joins a hidden network. Enter the name of the hidden network, security type, and password.
If appears at the top of the screen, your iPad is connected to a Wi-Fi network. (To verify this, open Safari to view a webpage.)Your iPad reconnects when you return to the same location.
