Temporary Arrival and Dismissal Extended
Unfortunately, Kay Street is still partially closed due to continued construction and water line repair. Arrival and dismissal remain the same as last week. When exiting the school parking lot, all cars must turn LEFT on Kay and then LEFT on Governor. Governor Street is temporarily two-way while Kay Street is closed. Remember to park inside the gate to avoid congestion. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time.
JHU Survey Open Now
At the request of the Diocese, St. Peter Claver is participating in the School Culture 360™ Survey developed by researchers at Johns Hopkins University. Taking this survey will give school leaders valuable feedback about the school environment and will provide useful insights that may otherwise go unnoticed. Have you completed your child's Re-enrollment packet for the 2024-25 school year, yet? We encourage you to re-enroll as soon as possible to secure your child(ren)'s spot for the 2024-2025 school year. If you have any questions or require assistance with the re-enrollment process, please don't hesitate to contact Mrs. Konnie Vidal, Admissions Director, via email at advancement@spccs.org or in the school office at 813-224-0865.
Re-enrollment fee: $200 per family may be paid in the School Office. The fee will also be billed to your FACTS account for the 2024-25 school year.
Late fee applies: Re-enrollments received after July 1st will incur a $50 late fee

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
Thank you to all who have made payments and/or satisfied financial obligations. Per Diocesan and school policies, all financial accounts including BTB fees, registration, technology, and tuition must be paid by the end of the school year (05/31/2024). Any remaining tuition balance after all scholarship payments have been approved and received is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Login to your FACTS Financial account to make a payment or payments may be accepted in the School Office during the hours of 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
