We would like to encourage all teachers to decorate their doors with a Dr. Seuss theme for this special week. If you plan on participating please complete a form on the desk by the mailboxes and place it in Ms. Rodiek's box so we are sure to judge your door!

Carnival News From Ms. Goodley (PTO)
Hello to all!
So far we've received some excellent game/activity concepts for our upcoming carnival. If your team is still interested in hosting a booth, it's not too late to submit your idea! I am including some additional information here to assist with your planning and, of course, if you have any questions just reach out to me.
Your team will need to run the booth during the carnival event, which will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, April 29th. Booth costs and supplies will be discussed for each individual booth. We certainly don't want you all going out of pocket but at the same time we need to make sure we can recoup costs via participation at the event. Tables and chairs can/will be provided for any booths that require.
While we have not yet confirmed all of the activities, here is a list of those that are definitely scheduled and would be "unavailable":
- Photo booth
- Pie in the face
- Face painting
- Silly string
- Snow ball fight
- 1st & 10
- Tic-tac-toe
- Horse shoe toss
- Stop & throw
- Duck pond
- Nerf wars
- Treasure dig
- Bottle ring toss
- Inflatable jumper
- Inflatable slide
Several of the events above work best with staff participation (i.e., pie in the face; photo booth). If you are more interested in volunteering at one of these booths as opposed to developing your own, please know that is equally appreciated.
If you intend to host your own booth, I will need a rough idea of your event submitted by March 1st, at the latest. This will give us time to discuss costs and plan for spacing/location.
Again, thank you SO much for your willingness to help with carnival. Your support and participation really does make a tremendous difference in the turnout and outcome of the event.
Kind regards,
Laura
