Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! This is a great opportunity to hear how your student is doing this year and talk with the teachers.

This year, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held virtually through Zoom. However, families will still need to sign up through Skyward Family Access. The window to schedule a conference opens at 8:00 AM on Monday, October 26 and closes at 4:00 PM on Friday, Novmeber 6. Below you will find additional instructions for scheduling conferences. Please reach out to your child's teacher of the Main Office with any questions.

Hybrid Student Pick-up

Student pick-up has changed this year to allow for greater social distancing and safety. Dismissal for the AM begins at 11:15 and dismissal for the PM begins at 3:15. All families have been assigned a Pickup number. Additionally, each family received three Pick up number signs (see picture below) to display in the car that matches the number on each student's backpack tag. When arriving please display the sign on your front windshield. If you do not have your sign, it will take longer to pick up your student(s). One of our staff members will then radio the number to alert teachers and students that you have arrived. Once in the blue zone, you may pick up your student. We hope that this makes pick-up safer and more organized.
