Sign-Up for the Chili-Heart!!!
ECSD Teachers & Staff,
On behalf on the East China Educational Foundation, we would like to invite you to sign up and participate in this year's Chili-Heart 5K Run / 2 Mile Walk which will be completely VIRTUAL this year. The Virtual event will take place on Saturday, February 13, 2021 and a flyer is attached. Being that this is Virtual, participants can run/walk inside or outside to participate. It's your choice!
The Chili-Heart Virtual 5K Run / 2 Mile Walk is only $10 for students (17 yrs & younger) and only $20 for adults to participate. All who register will be able to pick up a packet filled with local discount cards, coupons, swag and merchandise from local business along with an awesome participatory medal. Kids will also get a Participatory Certificate. In addition, all participants will be able to upload photos to a Chili-Heart 5K Facebook Group, upload their times to the runsignup website, and more!
To register, simply CLICK HERE. You can also check out the Chili-Heart Facebook Event Page or Chili-Heart Facebook Group page. Even if you don't register, please consider sharing the information and encourage others to register.
The East China Educational Foundation exists for the purpose of providing an endowment fund through the St. Clair County Community Foundation, which will provide enrichment activities for the students of the East China School District. Over $170,000 in grants has been given out by the Foundation to ECSD staff and teachers. So, to continue this, we ask that you consider supporting the ECEF by registering for the low cost 2021 Chili-Heart event even if you don't run or walk.
