Make sure to have regular check ups from your doctor. Stay updated on the growth of your child.

Things to Avoid

Avoid any type of alcoholic beverage or foods with caffeine. This will affect the growth of your child.

Avoid all tobacco products. Even secondhand smoke can affect your child.

Do not use any form of illegal drugs such as heroin, marijuana and cocaine. Even toxic chemicals and cigarettes will effect your child.
