Recycled Sculptures
Hats off to the Fifth Graders!
Presentations
The fifth graders presented their recycled art this week. Each artist placed their sculpture on the table and then remained silent. Next the students took turn guessing what the artwork was and what materials the artist used to create it. At the end the student who created the project shared the story behind the art. Some talked about how they came up with the idea, others talked about the process it took to build it and the trials and tribulations then went through along the way. Students seemed to enjoy sharing their projects as much as they enjoyed building their projects. I was really impresses with the students this year and pleased to showcase them at the art show. Way to go, kids!
