Welcome Back To School

Greetings and Welcome Back To School. I know this time of year brings mixed emotions - excited for the new school year and a longing for summer to continue just a bit longer : )

Thank you for registering for the 2020 Beyond The Notes Music Festival that now includes Band, Choir and Orchestra! It is going to be a FANTASTIC experience! The purpose of this newsletter is:

1) To remind you of the $250 ensemble fee that is due by Oct. 1st. Let me know if you need another copy of the invoice.

2) To provide you with some of the information shared last April that will help you prepare (schedule document, housing information, etc).

3) To let you know that Kromrey Middle School Band is looking to swap times with another band scheduled on Wednesday or Thursday. If you are interested contact Darlayne Coughlin

Ensemble Application Fee - $250.00 ea. (Due October 1st)

*This is an estimate of the fee. This could change by $1.00 but every effort will be made to keep it at $30.00

Special Housing Offer

In the past, the Kalahari would charge $129 per room (quad occupancy). This price included overnight accommodations and a pass to the waterpark. When you factor in the $9 for the slice of pizza each student would pay around $42.

I was able to talk the Kalahari down to $108 per room (quad occupancy). This will again include waterpark passes. When you factor the $9 for the pizza you are at $36 total per student! When you consider the fee that students pay to come just for the day $30, staying over is just $6 more.

Staying the night allows your kids to visit the waterpark two days instead of one. It also relaxes the schedule a bit so you have more time to enjoy the Adventure Park, hear other groups, etc.

The other cool news is that you will now book your rooms through me! I will bill you for your rooms and pizza all on one bill. This will make the process a bit easier and more streamlined.
