HFRCS Newsletter SY2021-2022
May 10, 2022 - Vol.1 Issue 38
From the Principal's Office
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Last week we had the opportunity to thank our teachers for all their hard work. As you know, teaching is a work of the heart, and our teachers do more each day than just teach. They wear many hats. Their dedication is exemplary, and I appreciate the support our families give them and especially the efforts of our Home and School Association last week. Thank you again, teachers!
Please be sure to mark your calendars for a very exciting school event – The Holy Family Art Show, “The Artists Among Us.” This wonderful event will take place on Thursday, May 19 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, where our school will be transformed into an art museum featuring the artwork of all our students from our youngest to the oldest! There will be a scavenger hunt and some raffle baskets too! We hope to see you there!
This Thursday, we will honor our Blessed Mother with our Annual May Procession and Crowning Prayer Service. Our procession will begin in front of school at 1:00 PM and our Prayer Service will begin in church at approximately 1:15 PM. Please join us if your schedule permits.
On Friday, our 6th grade students will share what they have learned in Social Studies by hosting the European Market. Students will be invited to visit the market and purchase items from the various countries presented. All proceeds from the European Market will go to a charity decided by the students.
Don’t forget that Monday, May 16 is the deadline to order Spirit Day 2022 tee shirts. Please see the link for ordering in this newsletter.
Finally, our Memorial Day weekend has been extended one day thanks to the Archbishop’s holiday. School will now be closed, Friday, May 27, Monday, May 30 and Tuesday, May 31.
Sincerely Yours in Christ,
Mrs. Haggerty

From the Enrollment Office
As we try to expand our online reach, we kindly ask parents and friends of the school to consider leaving a positive review of Holy Family on Google and/or Niche, a rank and review website that focuses on institutions that are integral to our communities. These reviews are often a prospective family's first introduction to Holy Family Regional Catholic School and if we can successfully portray all of the wonderful things going on at the school through these reviews, then I'm sure we'll grow our community even more! Thank you so much ahead of time for your support and please do not ever hesitate to reach out with any questions regarding the enrollment process here at Holy Family.
