Let's Get Moving...The New Year is approaching fast, let's make a 2016 resolution together!!
Come join me for a fun filled, 6 week fitness program that includes weight training for all fitness levels. You will learn technique, form and easy to do at home exercises. Even if you are someone who currently exercises on a regular basis, this program will not replace your current fitness regimen, rather we will focus on getting members of our community moving together!
Classes will be held on:
- Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. with a 15 minute cool down, followed by a tip of the week on how you can practice becoming a healthier you!
- Classes will be begin on Wednesday, January 6th and will conclude on Wednesday, February 10th.
- Please bring 3 or 5 lb weights, 8 to 10 lb weights if more advanced, or even a fitness band!
Classes are $15 each or sign up for all six for $75.00!
