Holiday Reflection
Once you have had an opportunity to engage in reflection, I encourage you to take some time to look to 2019 and identify the goals that you want to accomplish in the new year and the path you plan to take to reach these goals. These goals might be professional, personal, or both. Daily we encourage our students to set goals both short and long term, and it is equally important that we continue to set goals for ourselves and identify ways that we can grow as a person, a partner, a friend, a family member, and a steward of the earth.
I have found it helpful to share my goals with someone so that I have an accountability partner who checks in with me on my progress. As you begin to establish your goals for the new year, you have to embrace the approach the works for you. My challenge to you is to set three goals and establish your plan of attack.
