After School PLC/PD

The next After School PLC/PD will be held on March 23rd at Seymour Elementary School. You will meet with your grade level teams from across the district. The meeting will be held from 3:45 - 5:45 pm. Please plan accordingly.

End of 3rd Marking Period

March 18th marks the end of the 3rd Marking Period. With the end of 3rd Marking Period on us, as a classroom teacher you begin to think about those students who are still not meeting benchmark or not on grade level in your classes. As a school we have focused on the bottom 5 achieving students. If you are seriously concerned about students that are not making the grade, it is important that you communicate your concerns to the parents of these students. You certainly do not want to wait until conferences and share a poor report that comes to a shock to parents.

In being proactive, progress reports should be communicated to parents via phone calls, email, letters, or ParentVue.
