RMA Texas Public Schools
May Newsletter
Dr. Anderson's Update
With May upon us, we focus on appreciating the people who invest their lives in our students. RMA's educators are an integral part of the process and the system that ensures the success of the district and our students. There is no way to estimate the value of the contribution made by each person or ever to express the deep appreciation there is for the time and dedication given to every student and fellow staff member.
One of the overlooked positions within a school district for recognition is the campus principal. They are often the first to arrive, the last to leave, and our first line of defense. The commitment of a principal is unmatched, and I am honored, humbled, and blessed to lead beside each of them. At this time, I would like to offer my most profound appreciation for the countless hours dedicated to RMA students and their learning environment. We are fortunate to have high-caliber educators with student-centered mindsets, such as them, leading our campuses. Today I would like to ask you to take a moment and express your appreciation for all that they do for you and our students. Sometimes the position is a thankless one, and we each need to take a moment and express our gratitude for all they do.
In addition to our administrators, we also have our teachers who selflessly give their time, energy, and love to our students continually. Without the commitment and dedication of our educators, we would not be able to impact the young minds that we are entrusted with educating.
May is a month to appreciate teachers, principals, and all other educators who have dedicated their lives to the betterment of our youth with the wholehearted investment of their time. This month, we say "thank you" and recognize what is continually done for the students, campuses, and district.
