What does the human resources coordinator do for the Hershey's Company?
· University/College Degree level education in Human Resources or related field.
· Responsible for coordinating a variety of administrative functions for the Plant Human Resources Team including HRIS administration, assisting employees with questions surrounding policy/ procedure, and the administration of employee programs such as uniforms tracking and recognition. This position is also responsible for assisting in plant communications and ensuring distribution of material and postings.
· Responsibilities:
-Coordinates, communicates and administers recognition programs. Tracks perfect attendance, retirement and orders service award
-Coordinates general administrative task for the Human Resources Department that including meeting scheduling, tracking of projects, locker assignments, employee badges, tracking of information, workers compensation mailing, attendance tracking, assist in training documentation and support. Assist with research and special projects as required.
-Provides support to various department projects as assigned. Participates in data collection, analysis and reporting as requested. Is responsible for assisting in developing and implementing administrative procedures and driving improvements through Human Resources and other areas.

· Salary- $45,858-$117,674 per year
