Stilwell Monday Message

Weekly Student and Family Communication

Monday - 11/9/2020

Good Morning Stilwell students and families,

Today starts our first day where everyone, students and staff, is required to wear a face mask. Please continue to partner with your student to make sure the mask is being worn appropriately (over the mouth and nose), and that the mask is fitting correctly. Thank you for your partnership as this allows us to continue to keep the Stilwell community safe.

Just a reminder we will not have school on Friday, November 13th. This day was recently changed to support staff with additional learning, planning, and work time.

On, Tuesday, November 17th, we will be hosting another virtual PTO meeting. More information is below. We would also like to get some feedback on virtual meeting times that will work well for our families. Please take a moment to provide us with feedback by clicking here.

Please check the lost and found area located between the cafeteria and media center. All items will be donated prior to Thanksgiving break.

Parking Lot Protocol

We understand our parking lot drop-off and pick-up process can be time-consuming. However, we need all families to follow the procedures to ensure our students are safe. Please remember these guidelines:

  • Do not drop off your student or stop for any reason along Vine Street.
  • Do not pull into the bus lanes along Vine Street.
  • Do not allow your student to exit the vehicle until you have pulled up to the curb in the parking lot.
  • Please drive slowly through the parking lot and on Vine St.

After The Bell

After the bell is an additional opportunity at the end of the day to get support with learning from a certified teacher. It will start on Tuesday, September 8th in the Stilwell cafeteria. Students will receive an additional snack using social distancing and are welcome to stay until 4:00 pm. After the bell will run each week Monday-Thursday. For more information please contact Mr. Peter Bissinger at

Stilwell Student Handbook 20-21

Throughout this year you may have questions, need clarifications, or might need to see who you can turn to for help. Please start with the Junior High Schools Handbook.
