Here's how the Challenge Works

Join us for lunch as we introduce the My Fitness Pal app for your smartphone and computer to help you track what you eat and how you are moving. This is a quick, fun way to assist you in maintaining your healthy weight throughout the holiday season. It includes food and exercise logs, a private, online community page for KM employees and a public forum for tips and discussions.

All Participants will receive:

  • A Weigh Less for Life guide from the Wellness Council of America
  • Participation can earn you a $25 incentive under the KM Wellness Program
  • Weekly newsletter, tips and recipes

Successful participants will receive:

  • A set of JKJ ear buds and travel pouch
  • A chance to win 1 of 2, $50 gift cards

Maintain your weight for six weeks and get "weighed out" on Thursday, January, 16th at 8:30 a.m. in the wellness room.

Kick-off Luncheon

Initial weigh ins will be conducted after the lunch and on Thursday, December 5th at 8:30 a.m. in the wellness room across from the second floor kitchen. If you cannot attend either weigh in, please email your starting weight to Amy Powell at by Friday, December 6th.
