There are many types of eating disorders that you can develop.
Eating disorders are serious emotional and physical problems that can have serious life threatening consequences for both males and females.
What are the different types of eating disorders?
Eating disorders -- such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder – include extreme emotions, attitudes, and behaviors surrounding weight and food issues.
Anorexia~
Symptoms-
- Binge eating
- low intake on food.
- Intense fear of weigh gain
- Self esteem only focused on body image
Warning signs~
- Dramatic weight loss
- Denial of hunger
- Anxiety of being fat
Bulimia~
Symptoms~
- Frequent intake on a large amount of food
- Self esteem focused on body image
Warning Signs~
- Withdrawal
- Straining of the teeth
- Swollen cheeks
