Stay Home When Waiting for Pending Test Results

If you have any reason to have your student tested for COVID-19, they must stay home until you have received test results, even if they are completely asymptomatic.

Even if your child had an indirect exposure to COVID-19 and you are simply having them tested out of an abundance of caution, they must remain home until you receive negative results.

Please remember that teachers will work with your student and we will make sure they get the materials they need. As numbers around us increase, we must make sure we are cautious and doing everything we can to prevent the spread within our building.

Sprigeo Bullying Reporting Program

At Congress, we believe that students can't learn unless they feel safe. That's why we take the issue of bullying so seriously. While we to build strong relationships with students so that each student has a trusted adult they can speak to in times of trouble, there may be times when students would feel more comfortable reporting online.

The online Sprigeo system allows students to report concerns if they feel unsafe or know someone who feels unsafe. After they fill out the form at the link below, Sprigeo sends an email to an administrator with all of the details from the report. Parents can also use this tool if necessary.

What can be reported on Sprigeo?

  • Safety threats, bullying, harassment or intimidation at school
  • Safety threats, bullying, harassment or intimidation outside of school
  • Cyberbullying; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Fights, drugs, alcohol or weapons at school
  • Friends who talk about hurting themselves

Suicide Prevention

Park Hill is improving our efforts to serve students' mental health and to prevent suicide. Our team of school mental health professionals and administrators partnered with Tri-County Mental Health Services and national experts to bring the national Signs of Suicide depression screening program to our K-12 schools.

SOS is important for students because it reduces suicide attempts, teaches the signs of depression and suicide, encourages supporting others' well-being and tells students to seek out trusted adults. If you want to opt-out your student from the program, visit our website to find the form or call us.
