Dear Fellow Democrats,

To streamline the credentialing process, we will be closing registration for the TCDCC 8/24/20 meeting at 6 pm on the night of the meeting.

Please plan on logging in to the meeting at 6 pm so we can begin credentialing. Your audio and video will be muted upon entering the meeting, so please feel free to go about your business until the meeting begins at 7 pm. We’ll do our best to be prompt! If you are unable to login early, please let us know.

To attend the meeting, register in advance from this link. Enter your PCO number or "N/A" if you are not a PCO. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting by 6 pm on 8/24/20.

If you are having difficulties accessing Zoom, Patrick will be on hand to troubleshoot. He can be reached at TCDTech@thurstondemocrats.org before and during the meeting. If you haven’t yet downloaded Zoom, you can do so here: https://zoom.us/download Zoom also works on your phone.

We are asking everyone to use the Zoom platform and, if possible, to only have one participant per account.
