Happy Teacher Appreciation Week- We hope you felt loved!
Quarter 4 ILP Update Window
What should I be doing?
1. Complete ILPs: Remember students who are brand new this quarter need an initial ILP; whereas, returning students need only an ILP update. These are conversations on progress in content classes, education goals, career plans, etc.
2. Document ILPs with the correct template in TVS:
- For directions on how to complete and document an ILP please reference sharepoint.
- Breadcrumbs: SharePoint California Managed Schools > Teams > IS-CALA > Insight Manual > Individualized Learning Plans
If you have any questions please ask you lead!

Testing Reminders
Remember to remind families of their testing assignments and confirm that they will attend. You will be hearing from your testing lead with regard to student attendance as we receive it. It is imperative, that we are working together collectively as a team, to ensure all students are tested!
Again, please complete this survey if you find that a family will have transportation issues preventing them from attending testing: http://goo.gl/forms/OsD8YRMNUy. Here is information regarding transportation (in addition to information on homeless students): https://sharepoint.k12west.com/sites/CMS/Special_Programs/Federal_Programs/Federal%20Programs%20Manual/Resources%20for%20Homeless%20Students.aspx
Testing Tracker on Symbaloo :
Please remember that if you request a change be made in MARVIN to anything about a student’s testing assignment you must let one of the testing leads know (Briette, Melissa, Morgan, Jaime, or Joe H). Likewise, if you are making arrangements for one-on-one or special situations, let us know so we can add it to the tracker. Discrepancies between what’s in MARVIN and what’s on our testing tracker can cause major difficulties, so please let us know if you have made changes!

Re-Registration 2016-2017 School Year
Please continue helping families complete their reregistration for the 2016-17 school year. All teachers that have 100% re-registration status by May 31st will be entered to win a $25 gift card.
All families need to do is designate either registering or not registering. Families in the following statuses: Status Unknown or Undecided, are not eligible for the drawing. All must be in registering or not registering status. So, when you are speaking with a student (regardless of your role) check the status and update it right then.
Johnny will be including the re-registration status each week on our combined report. Please be sure to look at this data.
