PTA School Of Excellence Survey for Families and Staff
The BMMS PTA knows that a strong partnership among our families, school leaders and community members is important to the success of our students and school. That’s why we are participating in the National PTA School of Excellence program, which grows partnerships between PTAs and schools to enrich the educational experience and overall well-being of all students.
At a National PTA School of Excellence, families feel welcomed and empowered to support student success, and PTA is a key partner for continuous school improvement. We feel Berea-Midpark Middle School and the BMMS PTA can achieve that together—and the result will be national, state and community-wide visibility for the positive impact we are making together at Berea-Midpark Middle School.
Please take 5-10 minutes to reflect on your experience at this school and complete the survey by marking an “X” in the box that most accurately expresses how you feel about your experience. The survey is completely anonymous. You can take the survey here by May 6, 2019. Please note that every school in our district is surveying families and staff over the next month. If you have children in other schools, please also complete their survey as your responses will be specific to each building.

Builder's Club Food Drive
Builder's Club is dedicated towards alleviating hunger in our local communities. Over the next 10 days we are conducting a food drive. Our local pantries have a greater need for food during the Summer months more than any other time of the year.
Starting Friday, May 3rd and ending Monday, May 13th, BMMS will be challenged to meet a few goals. The rewards will be fun and yummy!
Each grade will have a goal of 500 items. For every 500 items brought in, the specific grade-level administrator will get a pie in the face. If your grade brings in a 1000 items, your administrator will get 2 pies in the face, etc. For every pie an administrator takes in the face, Nick Discenza will match.
One Enrichment per grade level will be rewarded a yummy treat for collecting the most food items.
Team 6B Trailblazers of the Week

Travel Opportunities
TRAVEL THE WORLD The Berea City School District offers trips, which are not connected to specific classes, for BMHS high school students. Middle School students may sign up early for a savings benefit. Check out the available trips at : https://www.berea.k12.oh.us/travel
