  • Hobnob - your exclusive invitation app - Hobnob will be your one stop shop for invitations - easily accessible and seamlessly integrated with your lounge!
    Create and share textable invites, manage RSVPs, chat with and warm up guests, share product with a visual preview and more!
  • Share a bag for quick and easy checkout - Got a look your customer will LOVE? Create a bag & share via text, FB and more straight from your PWS! All she has to do is checkout. Done and done!
  • Shareable Wish list - Share a full wish list to any contact, any time! Book more shows and collect more orders. Perfect for birthdays, holidays and more!
  • Cross border sales - US to Canada, Canada to US, no problem! Book, sell and sponsor across the border - and earn in your own currency.

TO BE NEW PLATFORM PREPARED, CHECK THESE OFF THE LIST BEFORE 8/14

#1 - RETURN YOUR RETURNS

Orders placed prior to 8/14 will not be eligible for return processing in the new lounge, you will need assistance from the Delight Center. Get returns in now and save yourself a call!

#2 - Redeem Gift Cards

Gift Cards will not be redeemable when the new site launches. Help customers redeem before 8/14. After 8/14, they’ll need to call the Delight Center to redeem. No frowns here - Gift Card functionality will be back before the holidays!

#3 - Check Out Saved Orders

All saved orders that are not placed by 8/14 at 8pm PST will be cleared from site history. Get those orders in!

#4 - Order History

Export your current Order History before 8/14 so you can easily sort & filter after 8/14. On the new site, orders placed before 8/14 will be viewable in a separate tab of your History in Lounge, but the filter & sort functionality won’t be available quite yet. Orders places before 8/14 will also be unavailable in Dottie. Orders placed on the new site will sort just fine and we’ll get the same functionality for older orders up as fast as we can!

#5 - Export Trunk Show Guest Lists

Open Trunk Shows will be transferred to our new site, however, all guest lists and RSVP details from shows using the current lounge invitation system will not be available on the new site.

The link to shop the show will still work - if a guest clicks the link to a lounge invitation after 8/14, it will not direct them to the invitation, but rather straight to the site to shop the show. Export guest lists from both closed and open shows before 8/14 so can follow-up with guests.

Booking a new show? Use Hobnob!

#6 - Hostess Rewards

All current unused Hostess Rewards will migrate seamlessly onto the new site with the exception of Hostess Rewards tied to a show with a fake email address (i.e. a Mystery Show). Help Mystery Hostesses redeem their rewards by 8/14!

#7 - Get on hobnob

Become a Hobnob pro! Hobnob will be our exclusive invitation system, integrated into your lounge.

On August 15th, You will need to:

1. Reset your password - One time password reset required! On 8/15, simply follow the forgotten password flow to reset your password and get into your new mobile friendly lounge!

2. PWS display name - You may notice that the display name on your PWS (aka nickname) will show as your legal name. In the future, we will update back to your nickname, in the
meantime, customers will still be able to search for you by nickname to find your PWS.

3. Returns processing - An order can be processed as a Return or a Replacement (no more Exchanges). Replacements will be processed & shipped immediately. Refunds will be
processed when the returned item is received. Refunds to credit cards incur a Credit Card Transaction Fee (US $2.95 | CA $4.95). Refunds for Store Credit are
FREE + get US $5.95 | CA $7.95 Store Credit for shipping. This gives your customers more incentive to return for Store Credit meaning more future orders!

4. Weekly Order Summary - One less email! Your Weekly Order Summary email is sunsetting as you can easily access orders any time on your mobile friendly lounge homepage!
