Protect Yourself and Your Loved Ones by Getting a COVID-19 Vaccine

COVID-19 vaccines are free regardless of your insurance or documentation status. No one will have to pay for the vaccine! You can even use sick leave to get vaccinated so you don’t miss a paycheck.

NJ Transit is Offering Free Rides to and from Vaccination Sites Through VAXRIDE

Through the VAXRIDE initiative, NJ TRANSIT supports New Jerseyans in their efforts to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Below you will find a map that can be used to find vaccination sites that are conveniently served by NJ TRANSIT bus, train, and light rail routes. They will be adding additional information and features to this tool and encourage you to check back frequently for updates.

In order to attend the meeting, you will need to register on Support Groups Central if you haven't registered before. If you are already a participant you just need to go to the YMHP page and sign up for the Central NJ meeting. In your profile, you may add your cell phone number and you will receive a text message reminder. uRise Powered by PenFed

PenFed Credit Union and Rise, a nonprofit providing services in the Hightstown/East Windsor area, today announced the launch of their new platform, “ uRise Powered by PenFed ” (urise.njrise.org).


“uRise Powered by PenFed” is an online portal of curated content. From connecting with

community, managing well-being and mindfulness, and acquiring new skills and knowledge, uRise serves to engage, lift, and inspire our community to discover silver linings in trying times.


The online portal provides a gateway for the exchange of content and services created by our community, for our community. The portal is free and accessible for all, includes content for users of all ages and abilities, and can be translated into either English or Spanish to help serve the broadest possible audience.


Rise Snack Shack

The Snack Shack will provide two healthy snacks and a drink to any student, every (week)day. It will be located at the Rise Thrift Store downtown. The Snack Shack is open from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Hightstown Theatre in the Park

Thanks to the support of the East Windsor Education Association, full and partial scholarships are available for Hightstown Theatre in the Park! This program is open to students entering grades 7 through 12. Need-based scholarships are available. For more info email higtstowntheatre@gmail.com
