is Bournside School healthy?
breakfast is the most inportant meal of the day do not skip it!!
Breakfast
we are encouraging students tyo eat breakfast before they come to school we think this is a good idea because if they do have a good breakfast before they come to school they will be full up and will not have the unhealthy snack on other at school.
good breakfast ideas:
- cereal
- toast
- fresh fruit
- orange juice
poached eggs
poached eggs are very yummy they definately set you up for the day and they dont have many calories
beans
bakes bean are delicous but they can be really filling
fresh fruit
fresh fruit is perfect for breakfast and will set you up for the day plus they add to your 5-a day
