Students extend their investigation of human society to the cosmos, and move from in-depth textual analysis to broader considerations of scientific discourse, philosophy and ethical understanding.

About the Instructor- Jordan Shapiro

Jordan Shapiro specializes in the archetypal psychology of C.G. Jung and the phenomenology of Martin Heidegger. He is the author of Freeplay: A Video Game Guide to Maximum Euphoric Bliss, and co-editor of Occupy Psyche: Jungian and Archetypal Perspectives on a Movement. He is interested in the intersection of pop-culture, technology, philosophy, and psychology. He is also a regular contributor to Forbes.
