Dear Parents and Guardians,


As we enter this fifth week of Lent and prepare for the holiest week of the liturgical year, we prayerfully continue with our Lenten plans. As a reminder, our Lenten service project of donations to the Blessed Margaret Castello home can be sent in up until Wednesday, April 13. Details of this project can be found in this newsletter.


On Monday, April 11 at 7:00 PM, our 8th grade class will be presenting the Living Stations of the Cross. Come and witness the beautiful last moments of the life of Jesus as portrayed by our students. All are welcome. The Living Stations will again be presented to our school community on Wednesday, April 13 at 9:30 AM.


This Thursday, April 7, our 8th grade students from St. Frances Cabrini Parish will be receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. Please pray for our students as they become fully initiated members of the Catholic Church.


Next week is a short week due to Holy Week. There will be an early dismissal on Wednesday, April 13 at 11:00 for PK and 11:30 for grades K-8. There will be no going home bus for Bristol Township or Bensalem bus riders. There is NO afternoon CARES that day. If using carline, please make sure your child knows their carline number and anticipate a longer wait time in carline as more than usual students will be going home by car. As always, thank you for your cooperation and support.

Lenten Service Project

As part of our Lenten Service Project, the school will be collecting donations for The Blessed Margaret Castello Home for Crisis Pregnancies.


The following items are needed:

  • baby shampoo/body wash
  • diapers size 2 to 6
  • new clothing: boy/girl clothes (6-24 months), socks (newborn to 24 months)
  • laundry detergent
  • wipes
  • diaper rash cream
  • Similac Advance 12.4oz can
  • pacifiers
  • bottles
  • nursing pads
  • stamps
  • gift cards to Walmart/ACME/Giant/Target/Aldi/Uber/Lyft


The Blessed Margaret of Castello Home for Crisis Pregnancies, founded in 1986, is the longest continually active crisis pregnancy home in the Delaware Valley. It is a residential home for pregnant women offering support, guidance, and physical security in a loving atmosphere, throughout a woman’s pregnancy. The services are free of charge and they are located in Bensalem.


Please send in your donations by Wednesday, April 13. Thank you for your support and generosity.

Yearbook Photos

Please note that CYO sports, clubs, lunch aides, yearbook committee, and 8th grade photos for the yearbook will be taken this Thursday, April 7. Students should be in their full winter uniform.

Yearbook Order!

Please place your Yearbook Order (School Year 2021-2022) using this link. The cost of the yearbook is $30 each. Don't delay so you don't miss out on bringing home the memories of this school year! Books will be distributed in June for those who ordered.


Note: 8th graders will receive a yearbook as part of their graduation fee so there is no need to place an online order unless they need more than one copy.

Support our 5th Graders D.A.R.E Project

The 5th Graders, as part of the D.A.R.E program, are working with The Middletown Township Police Department to collect single serving snacks to stock the pantries of the Fresh Start Closets. Our 5th graders will be at Giant on Flowers Mill on Sunday, April 10 between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to help collect single serving snack donations (Pop Tarts, cereal or granola fruit bars, cereal cups or bags, crackers, chips, pretzel, veggie sticks, fruit snacks, cookie cups, juice boxes, Combos, beef jerkey, packages of nuts, individual servings of peanut butter cups, mini muffins, Little Debbie snacks). May 2-26 Lunch Order due TODAY

Please place your student's hot lunch/milk order for May 2-26 using the online lunch order form TODAY, April 5. Check out the April lunch menu from the school website under Parents, Lunch Menu.


For those ordering milk only, please send in milk money for the whole month of May, in an envelope marked "Milk Money" with the student's name, to your homeroom teacher.

Spring Pictures

Spring Pictures will be taken on Tuesday, April 26. Students can wear their Spring's best. Order Forms were sent home last week and also attached for your reference.


Note: Sibling photos will be taken this year! Please indicate on the order form if you would like sibling photos taken.

Hersheypark® Tickets

Hersheypark is offering to the friends and families of the Diocese of Philadelphia, a substantial reduction in the price of Hersheypark tickets. Purchase discounted tickets with no limit as to the amount that can be ordered!


Included is the order form to be returned to school with payment (check payable to HFRCS) by Friday, April 29 at the latest. Tickets purchased in 2022 are valid for any single day of operation throughout the 2022 calendar year, expiring on the final day of operation, January 1, 2023.


The school will receive tickets for distribution on or before the week of May 23, 2022. See order form for details.

From the Enrollment Office

If you are interested in sending another child of yours to Holy Family, or have a family/friend who may be interested in joining our community, we encourage you to connect with the Enrollment Office. School tours available Monday-Friday, from 4:00-6:00 pm.


For families who do not plan on returning to Holy Family next school year, we kindly ask that you complete an opt-out form at your convenience by April 15. If there is anything we can do to address the reason(s) you are considering leaving, please let us know right away. We hope to have all of our families return next year and encourage those who are considering other options to get in touch with us!

Financial Aid Alert

Every family who plans to apply for financial assistance for the 2022-2023 school year must complete the Facts Grant & Aid online application. You are required to upload your 2020 tax return before submitting your application. FACTS Grant & Aid will not process your application without a current tax return. If you previously completed a FACTS Grant & Aid application, you are required to update your application each year. Only those families who complete the FACTS Grant & Aid process in its entirety, and who meet FACTS Grant & Aid financial criteria, will be eligible for assistance. The awarding of funds is contingent upon availability of such funds.


Bridge Educational Foundation

Applications for the 2022-2023 school year will become available in April 2022. Only those families who completed the volunteer service requirement for the 2021-2022 school year will be eligible for future funds.

Cash Bingo Raffle Baskets

We are looking for raffle baskets to chance off at the Cash Bingo on Friday, May 13. We are asking each grade level (Pre-K thru 8th) to donate a basket (any theme). Themes could be "Movie Night", "A Gift Card Tree", "Mom's Night Out" (gift cards and drinks), "Summer Fun", "Camping", "Beach Gear", or anything else. Thank you in advance for your help!

CYO Soccer Registration

CYO Soccer Registration is now open! Please share the link with any other parishioners and/or Holy Family families that would like to sign up.


  • Registration will close on May 9th.
  • The season will officially begin on or around August 1st, with practices, and games will begin in the beginning of September.
  • For students in grades K-8th in 2022-2023 School Year
