TONIGHT! Pizza & Politics Presidential Debate Livestream Chat
Tuesday, September 29
8:45-10:30pm, Zoom
Audience: Students, staff, and facultyPizza & Politics presents its first event of the year, a Livestream Chat about the First Presidential Debate of the 2020 Election. Participants will be able to watch the debate together and exchange comments in real time.
All members of the Worcester State community are invited to attend, but advance registration is required. The event will begin at 8:45pm with a tailgating session 15 minutes prior to the 9:00pm start of the debate.
Dr. Tony Dell'Aera (History & Political Science) is hosting the event and will be on hand to deliver analysis but, unfortunately, not pizza.

Student Spotlight: Ben Morin
Ben Morin is making a name for himself as an up-and-coming student leader at Worcester State. A junior Psychology major with a concentration in Mental Health Services and minors in Addictions Counseling and Ethnic Studies, Ben is adding to his mental health advocacy work this year as President of Active Minds, a student organization that aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness while also increasing awareness about mental health on campus.

Workshop Facilitator
Spanish Clinic Tutor
This position provides tutoring support for students of all levels and offers assistance with homework, listening, reading, conversation, grammar activities, and more. Applicants should have strong interpersonal communication skills and advanced proficiency and strong writing ability in Spanish.
Writing Consultant in Trianing
This position works one-on-one with writers on every stage of the writing process and provide support to students who need assistance with their writing. Applicants should demonstrate strong writing ability and be able to be encouraging and foster confidence in others.
