English Language Arts
To begin the year, Chester the Raccoon helped students get adjusted to their first day of school by sharing his story of "The Kissing Hand." Incorporating music and movement activities students began to learn and explore phonics through letter sounds and alphabet facts.
Students will build Phonics Skills by:

Getting ready for International Day celebrations, students will practice many different greetings in different languages.
