I am going to be sharing how to plan and transition from one career to another. This may sound like a scary change, but if you follow the steps and stay calm moving from one career to another will be very simple.

Considering a Change: Exploring Your Options

1. You need to know yourself and know what you want in a career.

2. Understand your values.

3. Research, the careers you are considering.

When you decide you want to switch jobs you need to start doing research, and finding out what new career you want to choose.

Developing a Plan: Mapping Your Moves

1. Network

2. Reach out to companies and interview

3. Consider your options

Once you find some jobs you need to consider which ones you are serious about and reach out to the companies of the jobs you want to get.

Making the Change: Burning No Bridges

1. Inform the company two weeks before you leave.

2. Don't tell others you plan to leave.

3. Do not talk bad about the company you are leaving.

When you plan to leave you should inform your boss and you shouldn't tell others that you are leaving you also shouldn't talk bad about your company.

Beginning the New Journey: Showcasing Your Experience

1. Have you resume ready.

2. Showcase your abilities.

You should go to your interview prepared and show your skills and abilities but don't talk bad about your previous employers.
