Strategic Planning Process
A Future 4 Every 1 in District 41!
Dear District 41 Community,
I am excited to announce that District 41 will be starting a strategic planning process with consultants from the Consortium for Educational Change (CEC). We are approaching the final year of the current plan and I am looking forward to building on the strong foundation that already exists in District 41.
As part of the process, CEC provided a framework for creating a Strategic Planning Committee of over 50 people across the district and community. Through CEC’s work with other districts, they have identified various stakeholder groups that they recommend so that all perspectives are included. A strategic planning website will provide information to the community every step of the way. In addition, we will host two community-wide focus groups. All are welcome!

The goal is to have a plan drafted and then approved by the Board in May. After the full board reviews and approves it, they will also identify their monitoring data sources and craft any strategic charges that will allow administration to spend the summer working on implementation steps for the upcoming school year.
I hope you will join us on his planning journey. We will be providing updates on a regular basis. Thank you in advance for your support and participation.
