PROCESS FOR ADR RESOURCE ROOM
MATERIAL REQUEST
GIVE AT LEAST 1 WEEK NOTICE PRIOR TO NEEDING THE BOOK
REQUEST BOOKS/MATERIALS BY EMAILING RESOURCE ROOM MANAGER DIRECTLY
CHECKOUT AND RENEWAL
BOOKS SHOULD BE CHECKED OUT TO THE TEACHER WHO IS ACTUALLY USING THEM
BOOKS ARE CHECKED OUT IN DESTINY FOR 6 WEEKS
A TEACHER MAY HAVE ONLY 2 CLASSROOM SETS OF BOOKS AT A TIME
A TEACHER MAY HAVE ONLY 50 ITEMS AT A TIME FROM THE RESOURCE ROOM
TEACHERS SHOULD ONLY CHECK OUT THE NUMBER OF BOOKS THEY WILL USE IN THEIR CLASSROOMS. (IF TEACHERS ARE ALLOWING STUDENT CHOICE OF BOOKS, THEY SHOULD ONLY CHECK OUT 1 OR 2 OF THE BOOKS UNTIL STUDENTS DECIDE WHICH BOOK THEY WILL CHOSE AND THE TEACHERS SHOULD REQUEST ADDITIONAL BOOKS, BASED ON NEED.)
IF RESOURCE ROOM MANAGER HAS NOT RESPONDED TO AN EMAIL PLEASE RESUBMIT AS THE REQUEST MAY HAVE BEEN MISSED
IF BOOKS/MATERIALS ARE NEEDED PAST THE DUE DATE PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL FOR RENEWAL BE SPECIFIC IN WHAT BOOKS OR MATERIALS NEEDED TO BE RENEWED
MATERIAL RETURN
SEND MATERIALS BACK IN THE SAME TUB IN WHICH THEY WERE SENT
MUST RETURN CURRENT SETS BEFORE RECEIVING THE NEXT SET
MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
PLEASE MAKE SURE NO TEACHER IS LABELING OR NUMBERING ADR RESOURCE MATERIALS
- TEACHERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING LOST BOOKS EITHER BY PAYING THE FINE OR REPLACING THE BOOK
