Principal's Message

We have had such a wonderful start to May! May the 4th or "Star Wars Day" was a huge hit with the students. We had special guest greeters and themed activities throughout the day. The "Fun in the Sun" Kindergarten event was a huge success even if the sun did not come out!

The school wide cancer fundraiser walk will be on May 25th at 2:00 with a rain date of the 26th. Parents are encouraged to join us outside for the walk. (More information to follow.) The students are beginning to raise funds for this special event.

Field Day dates are Friday June 3rd for 1st and 2nd grade students and Monday June 6th for Kindergarten students. (Rain date for either day will be Tuesday June 7th.)

Our AES cook out will be held on Wednesday June 8th and will be free to all students.

Bobby’s Run School

Please join us for this very unique event, which combines

our beloved art show with the spring book fair!

Bring the whole family any time during 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday 5/31, Wednesday 6/1 and Thursday 6/2 to shop the spring book fair

while also viewing some of the artwork that our elementary school students have completed in their art classes this year!

Art projects done by students of Ashbrook Elementary School and Bobby’s Run School will be displayed throughout the lobby of BRS and the PAC (Performing Arts Center).

Students of AES and BRS will also have the chance to browse and then buy from the book fair at their respective schools during the school day between May 31 and June 3.

You may see a wishlist come home with them after they browse with their class;

join us in the evenings to make those wishes come true!
